Contract Scotland are working closely with a reputable fit-out contractor to source an experienced Site Manager to support their upcoming workload in Edinburgh. Known for delivering high-quality projects, this esteemed organisation seeks a professional and proactive individual with demonstrable experience managing high-end fit-out projects across a range of sectors including commercial, retail, hospitality and more.

As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day on-site management, ensuring timely delivery, maintaining exceptional quality standards, and adhering to H&S standards.

You will be responsible for (but not limited to) :

• Managing project resources, including budget, schedule, and personnel.
• Identifying and mitigating project risks.
• Managing project scope, schedule, and quality.
• Developing and maintaining relationships with clients, project stakeholders and supply chain.
• Providing leadership and direction to project teams while maintaining a strong safety culture.
• Providing regular progress reports and updates to senior management and clients.
• Problem-solving and managing any issues or changes that arise during the project lifecycle.
• Liaising closely with the design and project teams to ensure alignment with project specifications.
