We’re looking for ambitious, self-motivated individuals to join our growing team as Entry-Level Sales Executives at a fast-paced renewables consultancy .

The Role :
You’ll play a key role in driving growth by identifying new business opportunities, making outbound calls, and introducing organisations to our consultancy services in the renewable energy space.
This is a cold call-heavy role, ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships from the ground up and isn’t afraid of the word "no."
Training & Onboarding :
We’ll set you up for success with two weeks of in-person training in Scotland , where you’ll learn everything about our services, the renewables market, and sales best practices. After that, you’ll join our fully remote team with ongoing coaching and support.
What You’ll Get :
Base salary : £28,000 – £30,000
Uncapped commission (OTE in year one £40k+)

A confident communicator who’s comfortable cold calling
Someone driven, coachable, and eager to learn
A passion for sustainability and the renewable energy space
Previous experience in sales or customer service is great — but not essential
Please Note :
You must be based in the UK and able to attend 2 weeks’ training in Scotland which will need to be self funded
