Hospitality Head Chef, London £45k – £50k
Our client is searching for a Hospitality focused Head Chef to take control of the kitchen at this corporate site in the City of London.
Catering for a breakfast and lunch service as well as extensive hospitality, all food is freshly prepared and based on a seasonal modern menu.
As the Head Chef, you will be
- responsible for all food produced on site including hospitality and events
- work alongside the General Manager to constantly evolve the food offer
- planning menus for both staff dining and hospitality
- leading and inspiring your team as well as motivating and developing
- hands on in the kitchen
Working hours are Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
