About the Role

Join our Lexis®PSL Construction team as a construction lawyer focused on delivering and maintaining legal practical guidance, precedents, industry insight, horizon-scanning, and online solutions for transactional construction law practitioners. You will be part of a high-functioning team producing a market-leading product essential for law firms and companies of all sizes.

Responsibilities

Create, develop, and maintain a market-leading content set for the PSL modules, including practice notes, precedents, checklists, and flowcharts.

Collaborate with Lexis®PSL Hub to produce a high-quality current awareness offering tailored to construction lawyers.

Engage proactively with customers and contacts in law firms and the construction industry to understand their needs and stay updated with practice developments.

Assist with customer questions via feedback or the LexisAsk service and develop Q&A materials.

Work proactively with other Lexis®PSL practice areas and the wider business.

Requirements

Qualified lawyer with significant experience in construction law.

Excellent knowledge of construction contracts, key construction law concepts, and relevant legislation.

Awareness of legal issues and developments affecting the construction industry.

Strong grasp of contract law and familiarity with related areas of law.

Ability to communicate complex legal and procedural concepts clearly and concisely.

Excellent research, organization, and planning skills.
