Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

One of our clients, a leading Facilities Maintenance provider, is looking for a Mechanically Biased Building Services Engineer to work within a High-Profile Building based in London W6 with a start date of 02 / 09 / 24.

Job details :

• Qualifications : City & Guilds or equivalent in Mechanical or HVAC
• Static site in London W6
• PPM and reactive maintenance on plant such as : AHUs, FCUs, Pumps, Motor Drives, Valves, Pipe Work, Gaskets, Heating systems, steam, Calorifiers & HVAC.
• Must have relevant skills and experience of working within Building Services.
• Have own hand tools for the job, safety boots, and tidy blues / blacks.
• Working hours : 08.00-17.00 Monday - Friday with an immediate start.
• This is a temporary position for 4 weeks +
• Pay Rate : £22.00
