Salary : £25,000 - £30,000 pa

Hours : Monday to Friday

Hybrid : 2 days from home per week

Key responsibilities of Customer Service Advisor :

• Handle inbound calls, emails and live chats,
• Offer expert pre and post sales advice to customers with professionalism and efficiency.
• Provide quotes and proactively maximise sales through upselling and cross selling.
• Follow up on leads and manage the sales pipeline to convert opportunities.
• Keep the CRM system up to date, ensuring accurate customer records and reporting.
• Complete daily admin tasks across all platforms.
• Build strong customer and internal team relationships, fostering a collaborative culture.
• Support Purchasing, Operations and Accounts teams with queries and updates.
• Stay current with product knowledge through ongoing training.
