The role
Southern Housing are seeking a Head of Facilities. This is an exciting time to be a part of building a newly formed team following merger, where you will be able to get involved in shaping our office asset management process and be part of the team implementing and making changes for the better of the organisation and our residents.
Reporting to the Director of Office & Retail, you will lead responsibility for providing a strategic, advisory and day to day Facilities Management service for all office related activities across Southern Housing.
You will lead on the implementation of strategies, projects and policies which support delivery of both the department's and the organisations' values and objectives.
