  • Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making.

  • Prepare comprehensive reports for senior management, highlighting key financial metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal financial policies.
  • Support cost management initiatives to optimise financial efficiency.
  • Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Act as a trusted partner to drive financial strategy across the organisation.

    • The Successful Applicant

    A successful Finance Business Partner should have :

  • A professional qualification in accounting or finance, such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.
  • Proven experience in financial reporting and business partnering roles.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Proficiency in financial systems and tools, with advanced Excel skills.
  • The ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
