The Practice

Founded in 1990, the practice concentrates exclusively on commercial and business law.  About half the work is dispute resolution, and half non-contentious. Its aim is to provide all the legal services needed by small and medium sized businesses.

Our client base includes those involved in property, manufacturing, sales and service, hospitality, building and construction, retailing and service provision. For some, we are an outsourced legal department. A very high proportion of our work is repeat business, as clients return to us again and again.

The Role

We are looking for a lawyer with a firm grasp of litigation practice in courts at all levels with up to 3 years PQE. The successful candidate may join us either as an employee or a consultant. A candidate with little experience of commercial litigation who can demonstrate the intellectual ability to tackle new challenges will be considered.
