Residential Conveyancers (Opportunities all over the North East) up to 45k (with up to 8K bonus-usually an extra £400 per month) Monday to Friday 9am-5pm Various Senior Conveyancing opportunities with Firms throughout the North East. Main Responsibilities : - Qualification preferred but not mandatory. Encourage qualification and are currently funding several staff members through qualification – both CLC and training contract. Previous auction experience (purchases) preferred but not mandatory. Low file count – approx. 28 files Mainly office based during probation (Morpeth)  but then open to hybrid working 2 / 3 days her week at home. Equipment will be provided if this is agreed.
