The role

A Exhibition Sales Manager to join a very successful business exhibitions portfolio team.

  • Lead by example
  • Hit your own personal sales targets
  • Be your teams point of contact for support and growth
  • Set clear goals and objectives for all reporting staff
  • Responsible for delivering sales targets across the show
  • To proactively develop New and Existing Business sales strategies
  • Help the team source and convert new business leads and recruitment of new accounts
  • Aim to increase overall numbers of exhibitors, exhibitor mix, stand sales, sponsorship inventory, yield and sponsorship revenues
  • Review and manage the sales plan targets and budget
  • About you

    We are looking for friendly, motivated individuals who are looking for their next role in Exhibition Sales. Ideally you will have experience of working in a similar role and be someone who thrives in a managerial position.

  • People centred management ability
  • Account management experience throughout full project cycle
  • Ability to problem solve and to overcome objections during the sales process
  • Ability to build lasting rapport with clients, both on the phone and face to face
  • Ability to work to deadlines and targets
