Our Culture & People team is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Lead to help us build world-class teams across both commercial and tech. This role is ideal for anyone who's hands-on, thrives in fast-paced environments, knows how to hire top talent quickly, and brings strong pipelines. You’ve likely worked in high-growth startups and want to be part of building hiring standards that are fast, high-quality, and candidate-first.

We’re hiring across sales, marketing, creator success, data, payments, and engineering, and many more, and we need someone who can jump in and make a quick impact, no matter the role.

What You'll Do :

  • Own end-to-end hiring across commercial and tech roles
  • Source and build pipelines proactively , tapping into your network and creative outbound strategies
  • Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand role needs, culture, and calibrate profiles fast
  • Run a high-quality, fast-paced hiring process : screen, coordinate, schedule, and close
  • Drive top-tier candidate experience from first touch to offer stage
  • Support with recruitment admin, from scheduling interviews to keeping the ATS up to date
  • Bring new ideas and fresh sourcing strategies to help us stand out in a competitive market
  • Help reduce external hiring spend by owning internal hiring success

Who You Are :

  • 3-5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (startup / scale-up background preferred)
  • Proven success in sourcing and hiring for both commercial and tech roles
  • A strong personal network and strong pre-built pipelines
  • You’re a self-starter : fast, focused, and creative in trying new sourcing tactics
  • Able to juggle multiple roles while maintaining hiring quality
  • Excellent communicator who thrives in collaborative, async-first, remote teams
  • Passion for great candidate experience and attention to detail throughout the process
  • UK-based (London preferred)
