We are currently recruiting Team Leaders as we expand our Pizza Hut portfolio.
Reports To : Restaurant General Manager
Hours : 6 - 18 hrs per week
Position Overview :
As a Shift Leader, you are responsible for managing daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and motivating the team. You value collaboration and organization.
Functional Responsibilities :
- Identify and resolve workstation bottlenecks
- Ensure all products meet quality standards
- Oversee preparation of workstations for peak periods
- Follow and coach others on restaurant safety procedures
- Gather information on restaurant financial and customer metrics
- Take accountability for sales growth
