Head Waiter – Greek Restaurant (London Bridge) Salary : £16–£17 per hour 45 Hours per Week | Closed Mondays

We are a busy, high-volume Greek restaurant located in the heart of London Bridge, and we're looking for a professional, service-driven Head Waiter to join our dynamic front-of-house team.

The Ideal Candidate :

Comes from a high-end hospitality background , preferably with experience in Michelin-starred or high-volume restaurants

Has strong leadership and communication skills

Brings a positive attitude and outgoing personality to every shift – this is the most important quality we're looking for

Has a passion for Greek cuisine and hospitality

Is organised, reliable, and calm under pressure
