adoption as well as more traditional web applications.Scaling sustainably and profitably is a key area of focus across all areas of our business. We’ve taken our first big steps towards achieving our goals by :
Using
LLMs
to provide a co-pilot
for customer service agents, helping them get the right answer faster
Deploying
in-house hub
for productivity tools, aiming to
reduce the friction
of accessing and using LLMs for employees.
Delivering many smaller tools
to replace manual processes in fraud, investor management, ops and elsewhere
But there is plenty more to do in this space and we’re looking for someone who can get stuck in and deliver value in a rapidly evolving, and often ambiguous space, working closely with product and end-users to
find impactful solutions.

Solid experience with
Python in a web application
context
You have some experience with web frameworks like
