Job description

Role : Head of Marketing

Location : Horsham

Hours : Part Time (3 days per week)

Pay : 30,000 - 33,000 per annum (actual)

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Head of Marketing to join one of our longstanding clients, an innovative professional services firm, based in Horsham.

The Requirements :

  • Strong background in marketing leadership, ideally within professional services
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing techniques (SEO, social media, email marketing)
  • Experience in brand development and creative content strategies
  • Analytical expertise with the ability to create dashboards and monitor campaign KPIs
  • Outstanding communication skills and the ability to inspire stakeholders
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools
  • Understanding of event marketing and client engagement

    • The Role :

  • Drive and implement an overarching marketing strategy aligned with business goals
  • Manage SEO, content marketing, email campaigns, and social media presence (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram)
  • Identify and maximise new marketing opportunities across digital platforms and directories
  • Build brand awareness, ensuring consistent promotion of the firm's evolving brand identity
  • Develop reporting mechanisms and track marketing performance through KPIs
  • Lead the planning of client engagement campaigns and annual events calendar
  • Champion innovation, identifying new opportunities for market growth (e.g., sector expansions)
  • Oversee marketing budgets to ensure optimum ROI
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team
  • Collaborate across departments and with external agencies to drive marketing success
