Maison Margiela is a Paris-based fashion house founded in 1988 by Belgian designer Martin Margiela. Within our Maison Margiela store in Bicester and under the direction of the Store Manager, we are looking for a Team Leader for a fixed-term contract (possibility of extension to permanent).

You will have the following missions :

• To be responsible for achieving commercial targets through effective and efficient team organization
• Ensure a tailored customer experience to meet individual and collective targets
• Coach the team alongside the Store Manager by providing feedback to ensure the highest quality experience possible
• Contribute to improving sales performance, including sales and stock analysis, product rotation, replenishment supervision, and visual merchandising
• Demonstrate leadership by providing excellent personalized customer service and developing customer relationships through CRM initiatives
