Pay rates : £28 - £30 per hour
Key Responsibilities :
- Perform and interpret complex cross-sectional imaging procedures, including CT and MRI scans.
- Lead and supervise a team of radiographers, ensuring high standards of imaging and patient care.
- Provide expert advice on imaging techniques and protocols to clinical staff and patients.
- Manage departmental workflows and ensure efficient use of resources.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of imaging protocols and quality assurance procedures.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of imaging procedures and patient interactions.
- Participate in on-call and out-of-hours services as required.
- Engage in continuous professional development and stay updated with advancements in radiology.
Requirements :
Registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) as a radiographer.2+ years of NHS experience mandatoryExtensive experience in cross-sectional imaging, including CT and MRI.Proven leadership and supervisory skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.Commitment to providing high-quality patient care and improving departmental processes.Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing demands.Desirable :
