You’ll be joining our Stockport Head Office, home to 18 showrooms, our Conference Centre, staff Wellness Hub, a state-of-the-art gym equipped with Peloton bikes and various gym equipment, an indoor astroturf pitch, chat boxes, and creative spaces. Our Stockport team consists of over 350 adidas employees working across Brand, Sports Marketing, Marketing Activations, Visual Merchandising, Sales, Account Operations, Finance, HR, and more.

What you’ll do :

You’ll manage accounts in our specialist sport channel efficiently, effectively, and profitably, working across categories such as running, racket sports, and teamwear.

Your responsibilities will include :

  • Driving sales targets—units, volume, profit—and enhancing brand image in key independent retailers.
  • Building strong relationships with your customer base.
  • Selling future season’s range and taking future orders.
  • Managing the order book for your customers.
  • Collaborating with teams across the organization to achieve shared KPIs, such as account operations and marketing teams.
  • Reviewing and delivering against your objectives, as agreed with your line manager.

Skills you’ll need :

Our jobs are highly competitive. Please apply only if you meet the following criteria :

  • 1-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the Sporting Goods Industry.
  • Commercial awareness and business acumen.
  • Customer focus and ability to build strong relationships.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
