Specialist Intervention & Higher-Level Teaching Assistant - Fareham

Prospero Teaching is looking for a dedicated Specialist Intervention & Higher-Level Teaching Assistant to join our client's Priamry school in Stockport . This role is based within the school's specialist provision , designed to support students with social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) challenges and associated complex needs .

About the Role

Location : Stockport
Start Date : ASAP / September 2025
Contract Type : Full-time
Pay Rate : From £103.94 per day under umbrella
Hours : 8 : 30 am - 3 : 30 pm (subject to variation)

We're looking for someone who :

Has experience working 1 : 1 with pupils , supporting their personal and academic development.

Has a background in psychology, therapy, coaching, or life skills training , bringing valuable strategies for student support.

Is passionate about helping students rebuild trust in adults and the education system .

Thrives on building meaningful relationships with young people who may have disengaged from traditional schooling.
