We are partnering with primary schools in the Sittingbourne area that need reliable and enthusiastic Cover Supervisors to support their teaching teams. As a Cover Supervisor, you will step into the classroom to help maintain a calm, productive learning environment during teacher absences.

Key responsibilities include :

• Delivering pre-prepared lessons and managing behaviour effectively
• Supporting pupils to complete their work to the best of their ability while teachers are away
• Reporting any concerns or feedback to senior staff
• Working with different year groups across the primary phase
