Damage Fixer Handler - Starting salary of £24,570 (dependent on skills and experience) plus benefits.

Standard contracts : 37.5 hours / week, shifts from 08 : 00 to 18 : 00, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities :

Validate, investigate, negotiate, and settle first and third-party damage claims and related losses. Manage investigations proactively to determine the best settlement route. Own the process end-to-end, supporting customers and meeting team and individual targets.

Requirements :

• Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize effectively.
• Proactive team player eager to learn and support colleagues.
• Committed to outstanding customer service, pride in high-quality work, and customer-first attitude.
• Strong digital IT skills, experienced with Microsoft Outlook and Word.
• Confidence in handling customer and third-party calls and managing workload.
• Open to change and innovation, willing to contribute ideas.
• Claims experience is preferred.
• Having a valid driver’s license and driving experience in the UK is beneficial but not essential.
