Facilities & HSE Manager My client is seeking an experienced Facilities & HSE Manager to lead and develop their facilities, capital infrastructure, and health, safety & environmental (HSE) functions. This is a key leadership role, ensuring the buildings, grounds and support services are safe, efficient, and well-maintained contributing to the best possible environment for all stakeholders. Key Responsibilities include : Lead facilities functions including maintenance, catering, and housekeeping Oversee health, safety & environmental compliance and promote best practices Act as the estates lead on a major new capital development project Manage service contracts, planned maintenance, and emergency repairs Promote sustainability and ensure effective infection control and risk management About You : Proven experience in facilities and team management Strong knowledge of HSE legislation and compliance Project management experience (capital development experience highly desirable) Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills Passion for supporting a values-driven environment Why apply?
