As a Lead Infrastructure Engineer in the Infrastructure Platforms : Cloud Reliability Services TSE team in JPMorgan Chase, you will apply deep knowledge of software, applications, and technical processes within the infrastructure engineering discipline. You will continue to evolve your technical and cross-functional knowledge within and outside of your aligned domain of expertise

Your responsibilities will include applying your technical expertise to projects of moderate scope, promoting a workstream or project consisting of one or more infrastructure engineering technologies, and working with other platforms to implement changes. Job responsibilities

• Applies technical expertise and problem-solving methodologies to projects of moderate scope
• Drives a workstream or project consisting of one or more infrastructure engineering technologies
• Works with other platforms to architect and implement changes required to resolve issues and modernize the organization and its technology processes
• Executes creative solutions for the design, development, and technical troubleshooting for problems of moderateplexity
• Strongly considers upstream / downstream data and systems or technical implications and advises on mitigation actions
• Troubleshootplex priority incidents by strongly considering upstream / downstream data and systems or technical implications and advise on mitigation actions, while balancing themunication needs of each case
• Partner with engineering and product teams to ensure remediation / permanent closure of issues and to identify trending issues to drive product improvement
• Demonstrate a high aptitude for both learning and teaching as product teams are continually releasing new features and products
• Adds to team culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and respect
