We are working with a vibrant and inclusive primary school in Ealing , seeking a Graduate Teaching Assistant to join our team from September 2025 . This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and proactive individual who is considering a career in teaching or working with children in an educational setting.

The Role :

  • Supporting students across the school, ensuring all children, including those with additional needs, receive the guidance they need to succeed.
  • Working closely with class teachers to deliver engaging and inclusive lessons.
  • Leading small-group interventions to support learning and development.
  • Encouraging positive behaviour and fostering a nurturing learning environment.
  • Assisting with day-to-day classroom activities and school events.

The Ideal Candidate :

  • A recent graduate with a strong academic background.
  • Passionate about inclusion and ensuring every child has the opportunity to succeed.
  • Full of energy, proactive, and eager to get involved in all aspects of school life.
  • A great communicator who can build strong relationships with pupils and staff.
  • Previous experience working with children (voluntary or paid) is desirable but not essential.
