Senior Accountancy Recruitment Consultant

Are you a seasoned Finance Business Analyst with a flair for process improvement and stakeholder engagement? Iconic Resourcing are delighted to be exclusively partnering with a prominent organisation at the forefront of the UK’s energy market, in seeking a Senior Finance Business Analyst to join their team on an initial 6-month contract. In this role, you’ll partner with senior finance and service stakeholders to map, evaluate, and enhance the operational framework of the client’s finance delivery model.

This is a unique opportunity to work on high-impact projects while earning a highly competitive day rate (inside IR35). The role is based hybrid from the organisation's Glasgow city centre office.

Key Responsibilities

• Process Documentation & Governance : Map primary financial processes, payment mechanisms, and governance structures.
• Business Needs Analysis : Collaborate with stakeholders to understand goals and challenges, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Data-Driven Insights : Analyse data to uncover trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Strategic Solution Design : Develop and propose innovative solutions aligned with the future ERP blueprint.
• Stakeholder Communication : Present findings, recommendations, and updates to senior leadership teams and project stakeholders.
• Continuous Improvement : Identify opportunities to optimize financial services processes and systems.
