The Role :

We're seeking an experienced and passionate Sous Chef to support our Head Chef in delivering exceptional cuisine across our dining operations.

• Proven experience as a Sous Chef in a quality establishment
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent knowledge of classical cooking techniques
• Experience in fine dining operations
• Menu development capabilities
• Strong food safety knowledge
• Ability to work with premium local produce
• Passion for seasonal ingredients
• Experience in managing costs and GP
