Job description

Job Title : Warehouse Operator

Location : Hertfordshire Salary : Hourly rate negotiable Job Type : Full-Time |Temporary

Start Date : ASAP

Are you reliable, hardworking, and ready to join a fast-paced warehouse team? We’re looking for motivated Warehouse Operators to help manage stock, prepare orders, and ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Receive, unload, and check incoming deliveries
  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders accurately and efficiently
  • Operate warehouse machinery safely (training provided if needed)
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment
  • Conduct stock counts and assist with inventory management
  • Follow health & safety guidelines at all times
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to meet daily targets

What We’re Looking For :

  • Previous warehouse experience preferred but not essential
  • Good physical fitness - role involves manual handling and lifting
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
  • Ability to work well independently and in a team
  • Willingness to work flexible hours / shifts (if applicable)
  • Forklift licence is a bonus (training available)
