An excellent opportunity for a well-presented, customer service-driven Estate Agent Sales Negotiator to join a well-respected independent agency within their Sheffield office.

My clients have a brilliant reputation and are keen to add a candidate with experience to their award-winning team.

Estate Agent Sales Negotiator – Benefits

  • Circa £25k Basic Salary plus bonus - £30k OTE (Negotiable for the right person)

Estate Agent Sales Negotiator – Duties and Responsibilities

  • Liaise daily with customers and manage customer enquiries
  • Book viewings using the company’s system
  • Complete and update customer records in the system
  • Conduct accompanied viewings and establish client needs
  • Encourage second viewings and offers where appropriate
  • Record customer viewing feedback in the system
  • Market new stock across all media channels
  • Negotiate and agree buyer offers
  • Maintain accurate administrative records

    • Experience Needed

  • Previous experience is advantageous
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Solid IT skills
  • Well spoken and well presented
  • Excellent organisational skills; punctuality is crucial
