Our Tech & Product Team play a core role in empowering the next generation with insights, advice and guidance to connect them with leading employers like Amazon, Google, HSBC and many more. Now, were searching for a Senior Backend Engineer to join our Tech & Product Team as we head into our next exciting chapter of growth.

The Role :

As aSenior Backend Engineer specialising in TypeScript, youll have the exciting opportunity to work in our Tech & Product Team (currently a team of 15!), building innovative features that solve real-world problems for our student members and our employer clients. Collaborating closely with your direct team members along with other stakeholders across the company, youll be enacting real and meaningful change to students and graduates in the UK and beyond!

Key projects include :

• New AI-Driven Project : A greenfield initiative leveraging Vercel AI SDK, TanStack Start, Redis, Drizzle and more
• Talent Tracker : Our employer analytics platform built with React, Shadcn, GraphQL API, Prisma, and Elasticsearch

Our services are deployed on AWS and managed with Terraform. Our architecture evolves as our needs grow, so you'll also have the opportunity todirectly influence the direction of our technological choices as we move forward.
