Administrator to the Faculty Head for Humanities
Salary : £23,753 (pro-rata to 17.5 hrs per week)
Contract : Fractional, Term time only, Permanent

You will play a vital role in supporting a key management position within the College, contributing to the smooth running of the curriculum and supporting our positive and dynamic team. Your responsibilities include providing high-quality administrative support, ensuring excellent customer care for students, staff, and stakeholders, maintaining effective communication and compliance, and being part of our dedicated team focused on learner success.
Essential skills include excellent organizational and negotiating abilities, resourcefulness, quick information assimilation, the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, outstanding communication skills, a positive and calm demeanor, and a commitment to high-quality customer service.
Prioritization skills are also important in this busy role. The usual working hours are from 10 am to 2 pm, with a 30-minute lunch break, but these hours are somewhat negotiable for the right candidate.
