Role overview :
The purpose of the Senior Manager - Credit Portfolio Growth and Value is to identity and shape opportunities to drive profitable growth for flexpay, our embedded credit product. This is a highly commercial role, responsible for assessment, identification and delivery of strategic growth and profitability opportunities across our embedded credit portfolio. Identifying where and how credit can drive greater value; from product distribution and customer onboarding to lifecycle strategies such as CRM, rewards and servicing.
This role will relentlessly focus on profitable growth opportunities and will require exceptional communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders, align cross-functional teams and drive action across the wider Currys business / across our lending partners. As well as focusing on driving value for Currys, this role will seek to grow the credit portfolio, improve engagement, optimize lifetime value and make flexpay more compelling, rewarding and valuable for our customers.
