are now seeking an experienced Purchasing Manager & Sales Support to oversee procurement while supporting daily sales operations. This is a hands-on, varied position thats ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced team. We are a small team looking for a key individual to support our growth plans. Key Responsibilities

Manage all purchasing activities using just-in-time practices Negotiate with suppliers and manage relationships Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the warehouse team Process sales orders, quotations, and delivery documents Liaise with clients by phone and email, ensuring excellent service Maintain product records, catalogues, and delivery tracking Skills & Experience Required

Proven experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain Sales order processing and customer service experience Strong communication and coordination skills Confident with Microsoft Office (especially Excel) Familiar with SOP / POP or inventory / order systems Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks How to Apply
