Dental Therapist / Associate Dentist

Job Opportunity : Part-Time Dental Therapist / Associate Dentist

Location : SheffieldSalary : £13-£13.50 per UDA with 50% splits

Key Responsibilities :

Perform routine dental treatments including scale and polish, periodontal therapy, and preventive care.

Carry out restorative procedures such as fillings on adults and children, working to the full scope of GDC guidelines.

Deliver oral health education and advice to patients of all ages, supporting preventive care initiatives.

Conduct dental assessments and examinations within the agreed scope of practice.

Apply fluoride treatments, fissure sealants, and take radiographs as required.

Collaborate closely with dentists, dental nurses, and the wider team to ensure integrated patient care.

Maintain accurate and detailed clinical records in line with practice protocols and regulatory requirements.

Promote a positive patient experience by providing a caring, calm, and professional service.

Support clinical governance, infection control, and adherence to GDC and CQC standards.

Contribute to ongoing patient management plans and attend team meetings and CPD events.
