You'll join a passionate team delivering full design and project support from concept through to completion. With the opportunity to manage your own projects and liaise directly with clients, you'll work on everything from listed building applications traditional refurbishments. The ideal candidate will have Architectural Technician experience on traditional or modern buildings, and a strong grounding in UK planning and building regulations. • Preparing drawings and technical details
• Managing your own projects across traditional and heritage buildings
• Liaising with clients, design team, and quantity surveyors
• Preparing schedules of works and assisting with contract administration
• Office-based in Cirencester with local site / client visits (within 30 miles) The Person :
• Experience as an Architectural Technician
• Knowledge of building regulations and planning procedures
• Experience with traditional buildings is essential
• Degree or HNC in Architectural Technology
