What this job involves :

As a Project Manager at JLL in Raynesway Derby youll be at the forefront of shaping a brighter way for our client Rolls-Royce. In this role youll lead and oversee complex projects ensuring theyre delivered on time within budget and to the highest quality standards. Youll collaborate with diverse teams locally and across our Raynesway sites embracing innovative ways of working to drive successful outcomes. Your expertise will be crucial in managing our clients expectations coordinating with stakeholders and implementing best practices in project management. At JLL we believe in empowering our team members to thrive and as a Project Manager youll have the opportunity to strengthen and advance your career while making a significant impact on our clients portfolio.

What your day-to-day will look like :

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans timelines and budgets for site based projects
• Lead cross-functional teams fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation within JLL
• Manage client relationships ensuring clear communication and alignment with UK market expectations
• Identify and mitigate project risks implementing effective solutions tailored to UK regulations
• Monitor project progress and performance making data-driven decisions
• Conduct regular status meetings and prepare reports for stakeholders
• Champion sustainable and technologically advanced solutions in project execution aligning with UK sustainability goals
