Group Strategy Director

Our client is a family company in the automotive industry, providing award-winning customer service and delivering award-winning vehicles. With 300+ employees and a UK-wide presence, they serve the country with new and used cars, vans , MOT services, and aftersales support.

The business is committed to investment in technology and growth. To support this, we are looking for a strategic, dynamic, and entrepreneurial individual with a data-driven approach to join the Operational Board. Working closely with the Managing Director, you will support decision-making, offering vital insight and strategic direction to the business. There is a genuine opportunity for you to shape this role and have a direct impact on the company's future success.

Candidate requirements

We are seeking candidates with the following attributes :

• Qualified accountant
• Experience in a related sector such as retail is desirable but not essential
• Familiarity with money markets and investments
• A forward-thinking strategic planner who provides positive challenge and opportunities to disrupt the status quo
