Responsibilities
- Provide dedicated support to the MD / Executive Director in respect to the management and development of existing and prospective global client relationships across the Consumer & Healthcare Sector
- Take increased level of client responsibility and dialogue, acting as junior RM for a number of relationships, developing contact points at GT / MD level.
- Demonstrate an understanding of the key clients and industries within the Consumer & Healthcare Sector and use this understanding develop business plans aiming for more ambitious transactions and increased returns on capitalmitted
- Demonstrate strong application of credit risk judgement, acting as the first line of defence in terms of the banks credit assessment including proactive interaction with credit analyst team; analysis of client financial performance and assessment of risks and mitigants for key transactions
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key internal product partners and stakeholders including EMEA Management, EMEA Credit, Project & Structured Finance, FX and Rates, Capital Markets and Greenhill.
- Prepare excellent quality pitch books working with the relevantmercial and Investment Banking product teams demonstrating corporate finance analysis and integrated solutions.
- Support and take ownership for day-to-day account management including KYC, account plans, internal P&L data management, the preparation of ad-hot memos etc
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience
University Degree or equivalent with professional qualificationsExcellent mathematical and analytical skills, modelling knowledge and skills in corporate financeExtensive experience within a top tier Corporate or Investment BankSolid understanding of the principles ofmodity traders and the industryAbility to interpret and analyse corporate accountsExperience in monitoring and managing global credit linesStrong interpersonal and influencing skills with both internal stakeholders and external clientsExcellent time management and organisation skillsTeam orientated with excellentmunication skillsProven track record in desktop analysis and to possess a strong technical skill setKnowledge & application of external data sourcesSelf motivating with the ability to lead and inspire others to performWe champion a flexible work environment, as we understand the need for people to meet othermitments or simply strike a good work-life balance.
