This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with operations or team leadership experience—ideally within a regulated or professional environment—who is looking for a flexible, people-focused role within a high- performing business.You’ll enjoy a 4-day working week, split between home and office, and take on a vital position supporting the strategic direction and daily operations of the firm. The RoleWorking closely with the senior leadership team, you'll ensure the business operates efficiently and in line with best practices. You'll provide day-to-day operationaloversight, especially in the absence of the Operations Manager, and take responsibility for areas such as team performance, process improvement, marketing coordination, compliance, and client service delivery. This is a varied and hands-on role that would suit a proactive individual with a strong background in operations, project coordination, or office management—particularly within a regulated environment. Key ResponsibilitiesSupport key business functions : administration, marketing, business development, and paraplanning Help manage team workflows and ensure consistent performance Train and support new admin staff Monitor business trends and client data to identify opportunities Ensure GDPR compliance and data accuracy Practice Development Assist with internal communications and client interactions Support compliance with licensing, CPD, and regulatory standardsProcess s Project Management Help implement new systems and software Oversee application submissions and document preparation Manage end-to-end processes across client onboarding and service Drive specific internal projects to improve operationsMarketing s Client Engagement Contribute to annual marketing plans and digital strategy Manage online presence (website, LinkedIn, directories) Coordinate events and evaluate campaign success What We’re Looking For Experience s Background Previous experience in an operational, office management, or team lead role Experience in a regulated industry (e.g. finance, legal, insurance) is desirable Familiarity with CRM or client management systems Marketing or project management experience preferredSkills s Attributes Highly organised with great attention to detail Confident communicator and natural problem-solver Strong IT skills (MS Office : Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Comfortable juggling multiple priorities and meeting deadlines Motivated, flexible, and positive team player Why Apply?
