Senior Cloud Engineer (Microsoft)

Overview

We are seeking an expert to lead innovation in data analysis tools, automation, and infrastructure within our Microsoft technology stack for our Award-Winning Accident Repair Network.

Our mission is to develop tools and technology that enable our teams to restore our customers' vehicles efficiently, often utilizing cutting-edge solutions.

The candidate will report to our Platform Manager and collaborate with our Systems Architect and Product Team to lead the development of automation and Power Platform solutions, as well as support our bespoke IT system. This role is vital to our growth and success.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Cloud Engineer, you will support and enhance our Microsoft Technology Stack through IT Change management, troubleshooting following ITIL v4 guidelines, and maintaining a secure environment. Your responsibilities include supporting Microsoft technologies, Meraki networking, SaaS solutions, and managing access via Single Sign-on (SSO). You should be passionate about technology and understand business systems and solutions.

• Collaborate with the Systems Architect to design, implement, and maintain solutions within our Microsoft stack.
• Work with stakeholders to improve processes using Power Platforms and automation.
• Assist with IT Change and Problem Management, troubleshooting issues promptly.
• Support IT governance, ensuring security best practices, disaster recovery, and raising concerns regarding risks and cyber incidents.
• Maintain documentation for system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting.
• Guide and support the IT team on infrastructure design, system performance, and error logs.
