Deputy Manager- Older Persons Residentail Care - £35,000 p / a

Are you an experienced leader looking to make a difference? Our client, a luxurious private care provider, is seeking a DeputyManager for their medium-sized residential care home in Lincolnshire. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to support the Home Manager in delivering exceptional person-centred care to older people, including those with dementia.

With a negotiable salary starting of c£16 per hour working a rotating shift of 8am - 8pm week 1 over 4 days and 8am - 8pm week 2 over 3 days providing the home with a Deputy Manager on site 8am to 8pm over 7 days a week. As a DeputyManager, You Will

• Support the Home Manager in leading the residential care home.
• Monitor the well-being of residents and ensure their personal and social care needs are met.
• Provide leadership and management, including staff supervision and development.
• Promote independence and well-being among residents.
• Work full time on a rolling shift, week 1 8am - 8pm 4 days and week 2 8am - 8pm 3 days - these hours can be flexible for the right person!
