- Oversee all operational and care delivery functions within the branch.
- Ensure high standards of care, compliance, and safety.
- Develop business growth through referrals and professional networks.
- Lead, manage and develop the care team.
- Handle complaints and concerns with professionalism.
- Maintain full regulatory compliance and uphold CQC standards.
- Ensure accurate care planning and assessments. Requirements of a Registered Manager :
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Registered Manager in domiciliary or live-in care.
- NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or working towards).
- UK Driving Licence.
- Strong knowledge of safeguarding, risk assessments, and compliance procedures.
- Confident with digital care systems and managing rotas.
