Maintain high expectations for student behaviour and achievement. Requirements for the QTS Primary Teacher : Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential. Experience teaching in a UK primary school setting (EYFS, KS1 or KS2). Strong classroom management skills. Ability to adapt and differentiate teaching strategies.
