The Successful Building Surveyor’s Role

The successful Chartered Building Surveyor will manage a diverse client portfolio across central and north London. The role includes delivering construction projects on residential properties and managing insurance-related works of varying sizes.

This is a role that allows for independence, offering the chance to take ownership of your projects while benefiting from ongoing support and growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage construction projects on residential and insurance-based properties.
• Deliver all aspects of surveying services with a high degree of autonomy.
• Maintain and build strong client relationships.
• Provide expert advice and deliver high-quality reports.
