Teaching Assistant - NEW SEND Primary School (Northwich) Location : Northwich Start Date : ASAP Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND)? Tradewind Recruitment is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a warm and welcoming SEND school in Northwich. Key Responsibilities : Supporting children with a range of SEND, including autism, speech and language difficulties, and complex needs. Assisting teachers in delivering engaging lessons tailored to individual needs. Promoting a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment. Providing one-to-one or small group support as required.Requirements : Previous experience working with children with SEND (voluntary or paid) - preferred. A positive, patient, and proactive attitude. Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.
