Job Title : Teaching Assistant Location : M21, Manchester Start Date : September Hours : Monday to Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 3 : 30 PM (30-minute break) Pay Rate : £13.69 - £15.87 per hour Contract Type : Full-time, Long-term, Ongoing Reeson Education is recruiting a passionate and skilled Teaching Assistant to join a warm and inclusive mainstream primary school in the M21 postcode area of Manchester. This Teaching Assistant role starts in September and is long-term and full-time, offering a chance to support pupils within a well-established SEN provision that caters to a range of needs. Key Responsibilities for the Teaching Assistant : Work as a Teaching Assistant supporting up to seven pupils in a dedicated SEN provision Support KS1 and KS2 learners with a variety of developmental and educational needs Help deliver tailored interventions under the guidance of the SENCO and teaching staff Provide consistent support to pupils' social and emotional development Help create a calm, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment Contribute to the wider school community as a valuable Teaching AssistantIdeal Experience for the Teaching Assistant : Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant in a school or SEN environment Familiarity with supporting children with autism, ADHD, or other additional needs Patience, adaptability, and strong interpersonal skills A team player who is ready to hit the ground runningWhy apply for this Teaching Assistant role?
