In this role, you will oversee the team's achievement of financial and technical goals, including key performance indicators and billable hours. Your primary responsibilities will involve organising and allocating tasks, revising and enforcing policies and ensuring adherence to standards.

You will also play an integral part in supervising and developing team members, handling client finances, and managing your own personal caseload. Additionally, you will complete projects aimed at improving practices and addressing client issues, supporting the team’s ongoing success in managing costs across a diverse range of cases.

• Experienced Costs Lawyer with a proven ability to manage a caseload independently
• Experienced in all stages of the litigation process
