Overview

Would you like to join a team of expert Insurance Account Executives? Our encouraging and ambitious Ipswich Corporate team is looking to hire the newest member to join their dynamic office. Your aim is simple : deliver exceptional service, retain your valued clients, and win new clients in line with the growth strategy for the branch.

Your responsibilities include :

  • Managing your clients’ service proposition, meeting their demands, anticipating needs, and making recommendations on insurance policy design.
  • Building relationships with clients to establish yourself as a trusted advisor.
  • Leading the renewal process, including strategy, timeframe, and outcomes.
  • Presenting the best terms available to meet client objectives.
  • Supporting handlers in responding to technical queries.
  • Applying process and due diligence effectively.
  • Assessing account queries and credit control matters, resolving issues efficiently, and raising concerns when necessary.
  • Collaborating with sales teams to convert new business opportunities.
  • Aligning with key legal and regulatory policies to safeguard the business.
  • Supporting clients in risk management strategies, working with the dedicated risk management team.

About You :

  • Industry qualifications are advantageous.
  • Experience in H&L, Retail, and Consumer Brands is a plus.
  • Solid knowledge of general insurance products, services, and classes of insurance.
  • Strong understanding of the insurer market.
  • Customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
  • Experience in negotiation, influencing, and learning new subjects.
  • Strong analytical and numeracy skills.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain rapport.
  • Eligible to work in the UK.
