RPS, a TetraTech company, is seeking an experienced Learning & Development Facilitator to lead the design, development, and delivery of blended learning management and leadership workshops across the UK, Ireland, & NI. The role includes developing a flagship management development program aligned with the CMI Leadership & Management Level 5 Diploma.

This position suits a seasoned L&D practitioner passionate about developing others in a dynamic environment. The team is small, fast-moving, and requires pragmatic, agile professionals with broad L&D expertise, especially in Talent & Succession.

This is a 9–12-month fixed-term contract with an immediate start .

The Opportunity

This role involves supporting the HR function, designing and evaluating learning activities, and managing the management and leadership program. Travel across the UK and Ireland for face-to-face training is required.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Travel across UK, Ireland & NI to deliver face-to-face and online training, including accredited leadership programs and bespoke training for graduates.
• Manage accredited training assessments and internal verification processes.
• Create digital content with LMS integration.
• Design, develop, and launch new L&D initiatives and learning requests, ensuring all activities are documented in the LMS.
• Collaborate with the L&D Manager to evaluate program KPIs and support continuous improvement.
