Position Details

We are seeking experienced educators with a passion for arts education to join our team. The role involves delivering a specialist art curriculum to students at Level 2 and Level 3, with responsibilities including personal tutoring and supporting students' development.

Specialisms required : 2D arts (digital and traditional media) and / or 3D Fine Art / Sculpture.

Candidate Requirements

• Excellent subject knowledge and enthusiasm for arts practice.
• Experience working with students in educational or industry settings.
• Ability to inspire and support students' progress into employment or higher education.

Employment Details

Full-time, permanent position with a salary ranging from £23,976 to £39,544 pro rata per annum, depending on qualifications. The role involves 828 hours of teaching and professional duties over 198 days, with on-site presence expected for 34 hours per week during the academic year. Benefits include Teachers’ Pension Scheme and 38 days of leave per year plus bank holidays.
